TEAM: Realt Beag Child and Family Centre.
RESPONSIBLE TO: The person in post will report to the Centre Manager.

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
* To have responsibility for the development and delivery of a
quality Early Learning Centre.
* To work with children in their group setting through and
Individual Care Plan Format providing targeted work to address
specific assessed needs.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
* Experience of working in an Early Years Setting
* Ability to work after children in a loving and caring manner
* Have a strong work ethic
* Minimum Level 6 QQI Qualification in Early Childhood Care and
Education
* Preferred knowledge High Scope
MAIN DUTIES
* To work within the overall aims and objectives of Realt
Beag/Ballyfermot STAR CLG.
* To work under the daily supervision and direction of the Room
Leader/Centre Manager.
* To have responsibility for providing the day-to-day operation of
the Early Learning Centre.
* To organise a safe and stimulating environment for the children
who attend the Centre.
* To plan programmes which offer the children opportunities for
exploration, self-expression, development, and education.
